First in keeping with the job role and description, I would like to highlight the fact that the bulk of my experience has predominantly been in 1) customer relationship management 2) the ICT/Telecommunications sector, 3) marketing and 4) Customer service training - roles which I have been very successful in.
6 years’ cumulatively with ISON BPO (company provides Call centre customer services for Airtel, MTN - most of Africa, AIG and a host of other companies within and outside Nigeria) and Communications Network Support Services Ltd (CNSSL) (formerly for MTN, providing call centre services for various other companies)
In the former at various times, successfully training (OJT-On the Job Training) over 500 (five hundred) customer care reps (MTN) and during the course of my career there successfully advising and providing coaching to over 1000 (one thousand) reps - also for MTN.
In the latter, successfully managing a team of 20 members, resolving issues, advising and acting as a general Team members and management go-between and providing customer services training for Company contracted Outbound staff.
Before that, I was the Executive marketer for De Tastee Fried Chicken Group where my jurisdiction at various times covered Ikoyi, Victoria Island (Head Office) and Lekki.
As part of my duties I led initiatives that brought in over 55 million naira in sales per month to the Tastee Fried Chicken corporate brand. I was also instrumental to adding several high value clients to the TFC corporate customer database.
These 3 positions have seen me going the extra mile as well as initiating customer follow up contacts to the end of enhancing customer client - relations.
Why? Because I sincerely believe that the customer is king and knowing how to treat them; providing them with timely solutions while enhancing their self-esteem is key to the success of any company. This and more I will bring to bear should my application prove successful with your company.
Indeed, I believe that my skill set and various positions over the course of my career so far; customer care agent, Team Lead, Quality Assessor/analyst, Value Proposition Champion and Marketer/Salesman stands me in good stead for the job.
